Beeswax wrap: the practical ready-made wrap from Wickel & Co (with instructions for use), the wrap can also be cut to the appropriate size. For infants and toddlers, simply cut in half.

Angelica balsam: When you have a cold, rub it on the sides of your nose.

Thyme-myrtle balm for children: cough balm, additive for chest and beeswax wraps. Incredibly wonderful scent.

Healing wool: Pure, untreated sheep's wool from organic farming. Provides comforting and soothing warmth.

Lavender: for use as a sleep-inducing calf wrap, lavender compresses, 1 drop on the pillow to help you fall asleep
