The Haakaa pump is especially popular for collecting milk while breastfeeding your baby. Simply attach the pump to your free breast and collect valuable breast milk that would otherwise be lost through nursing pads!

Easy to use and clean

Application:

• Sterilize the pump for 8-10 minutes in steam or boiling water.
• Place the suction cup opening on the breast, ensuring the nipple is nicely centered.
• Gently squeeze the pump to create suction. You may need to adjust the pump's position slightly to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
• Once the milk starts flowing, you don't have to do anything else. Just let the pump do its job!
• When the pump is full, empty the milk into another container and start again.
• The milk flows better if you place a warm cloth on your breast or gently massage it.
• Place the pump on your free breast while breastfeeding your baby and collect the valuable breast milk that would otherwise be lost in nursing pads.

Cleaning:

• Clean after each use. We recommend cleaning the pump by hand with hot water and soap.
• The silicone may become milky in the dishwasher. Do not use harsh chemicals such as sterilizing tablets or bleach.
• Do not use UV sterilizers, as they will shorten the lifespan of the pump.
• Sterilize the pump once a day, ideally in a steam sterilizer or by boiling it in hot water for 10 minutes.

Regularly check that the pump is still completely intact and replace it if it shows any signs of damage.

Do not store them near sharp objects.

Use only soft sponges or brushes with soft bristles for cleaning (hard bristles or sponges can damage the silicone surface).

If the pump comes into contact with dishwashing liquid, the silicone can turn white.

This is not a toy. Use the pump only for its intended purpose.

Store the pump in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Use only under adult supervision.
