Babies love to cuddle silk dolls from their first day of life.
The silk, dyed with chamomile blossoms (pharmaceutical grade), is very soft and therefore well-suited for sensitive baby skin. The silk doll's head is filled with merino sheep's wool from organic farms in the Allgäu region and, due to its size, cannot be put in the child's mouth; it is therefore intended only for sucking and not for pacifier use.
The baby's sucking need is satisfied through breastfeeding, not with the doll. If you tie knots in the ends of the doll, your baby will soon be able to hold it.
Care tip: Silk is quick to wash and dries in no time. No need to rub or knead – simply rinse briefly under running water with liquid detergent for silk/wool.
Note: Silk and wool are natural protein fibers that are antibacterial. The silk doll acquires a natural wrinkle due to the sterilization process after production.
